Who We Are

The North Carolina Civil Collaborative Law Association, a non-profit organization, serves as a resource for information about the field of civil collaborative law. We seek to educate both the public and attorneys about the process of collaborative law and the many advantages of using it to resolve certain civil disputes in the commercial arena. We define uniform standards and best practices for civil collaborative professionals. We provide connections and resources for practitioners, clients, and all those interested in this effective, efficient, and approachable method of dispute resolution.
